§ The four pillars
State secretariat in Gusau, the CBM Live dashboard and an election situation room tracking every ward in real time.
Door-to-door canvassing, market congresses and informal sector activation across all 2,881 polling units.
Youth, campus, women's networks, farmer groups, faith coalitions and full PWD inclusion.
Ward food banks, free medical camps, the digital air war and state-wide branding in Hausa and English.
§ The fifteen-person polling unit force
In each of the 2,881 polling units of Zamfara State the chapter deploys a standing team of fifteen: a unit leader, two data clerks, four canvassers, two women's mobilizers, two youth mobilizers, a PWD liaison, a peace and conduct officer, a logistics volunteer and a media reporter. That is 43,215 trained volunteers reporting into ward committees, then LGA coordinators, then the state situation room.
Structure
Constitute LGA and ward committees across all 14 LGAs, open the Gusau secretariat and appoint ward coordinators.
Registration
Enrol members ward by ward through the digital register, issuing permanent membership IDs and digital cards.
Empowerment
Roll out skills, grants, health outreach and food support to verified members in every ward of the state.
Mobilization
Deploy the fifteen-person polling unit force, run door-to-door canvassing and activate the situation room.
